This view of his still ponders me..<br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />Guess he took 'inspiration' from the Current IT outsourcing and its success. The idea is straightforward.. Lets giv a 5 year holiday to our Netajiz and outsource the job of governance to a very fair third party like Norway ( which is known for clean governance). We can try this with a small state like Chattisgadh or a union territory on experimental basis..<br /><br />By Governance wht he means is doing the job of municipal corp., Each corp., will hav a CEO of its own and the so called goverment servents will be selected on the basis of merit. So the selection will be at the discretion of the third party with the condition that only citizens of India will be given jobs. ( The politicians can be given some jobs say zhaduwalaz as the selection is purely based on merit!!)<br /><br />The issue is indeed debatable .. or may be a near impossible task as this decision somewhere down the line will be taken by politicians! But jus imagine if it turns out to be a reality someday..<br />Pune will be without potholes.. Traffic in Pune will be regulated.. No question of bribes in municipal corporationz for forwarding papers.. all griviences will be fairly attended.. No injustice to anybody..
